Liz S.: No. Except the Halcyon HPink Infinity BP&W. That would be nice.

Judith P.: I have had pink fins for years. It ensures they do not get picked up by mistake and it makes me easy to spot underwater. Unfortunately I have never been able to find deep pocket pink fins to go with my dry suit.

Rick S.: I have members at Oklahoma Aquanauts that have nothing but pink gear and they love it.

Colleen F.: I started diving in pink TUSA gear.. Bought for me by my now EX Father- in-law... I still dive pink fins. When the original pair didn’t fit my new drysuit boots... I bought a second pair of pink fins.

Susanne S.: I wouldn’t mind that one girlie reg with the pink accents otherwise nope, not so much.

Pema K.: Janna, I like to think if reclaiming pink for tough women the way people have reclaimed the word ‘queer’ for pride. Ain’t nothing wrong with any hot pink dive gear, and it’s a lot easier for a student to follow than black, blue, or almost any other color. I like it

Janna N.: Personally, I’d answer no nonoooooo! to all three of my questions. But then again, pink has never been a color I’ve liked, diving or topside. I’m a blues and greens kinda gal.  If I want to be seen while diving, my white faber tanks really stand out, and I use colorful clips to attach my gear to my BCD. I have no problem with anyone else having pink gear if that’s what they like - - but I do object that there’s an assumption some folks make that because we’re women, we must like pink dive gear. As you can see by the responses, it’s simply not true.

Janna N.: What about the one red fin, and the other silver fin? Do you still have that ‘pair’ of fins?

Valerie L.: Yep! Although I don’t dive those particular ones anymore. Now I have 2 different pockets on my dry suit so I can still be asymmetrical

Susan L.: Pink is fun but what’s best is when you can get the color you like best. Do you like blue, green, yellow, purple? What makes YOUR boat float. NOBODY likes to be a category.
