New changes have been made that will bring all the different aspects of the show in just one area of the Tacoma Convention Center. You will not have to leave the core of the action to search for a seminar room or check out to visit with your favorite non-profit organization because they will all be presented in the same exhibition space, making it into a more easily accessible, fun and rich experience than the previous year.
All the participant non-profit and environmental organizations will offer you the chance to expand your knowledge about the issues that are threatening our oceans. It will be a great opportunity to spring into action and show your support. This year’s sponsored Silent Auction will benefit Dive Around The Clock with captivating donated items. Nearby exhibitors will tickle your curiosity with their latest scuba products and enchant you with magical diving trips to a variety of marine environments around the globe.
Renowned local and national speakers will present jaw-dropping multi-media presentations in the North, South and South West seminars booth strategically located at the perimeter of the show floor. You can win amazing prices if you attend at least three seminars; make sure you have your ticket punched every time you attend to a presentation. The DIABC will sponsor the Surface Interval Lounge where you can relax your feet and take a break from the activities that will buzz around you. Children will be able to create enthralling shark masks and interact with the marine conservation educator Annie Crawley. Many more exciting presentations wait!
